Mindful Vinyasa Flow - Invigorating & relaxing.
A faster paced flow that encourages the building of your core strength and high heart rates!
This class works on:
- stabilizing the core
- strengthening all muscles
- and increases flexibility.
There is an emphasis on the foundation postures, deepening awareness of the breath, balance and mindfulness techniques in order to become aware of sensations within our bodies.
Finally we end in a relaxing Shavasana (a restorative pose allowing students to experience a deep theta meditative state.)
Come join me and reconnect with yourself, move stagnant energy within your body and regain calmness and tranquility.
Restorative Yin - Monday @ 7pm
Restorative yin is a subtle yoga practice, intended to support the body so the muscles can relax!
This practice helps unwind deep tensions and slowly let go of stress, in turnaccessing and releasing the deeper tissues beneath.
Yin yoga provides an opportunity to restore the natural condition of the deep tissues in the body while releasing tension in the physical, energetic, and mental layers.
Additionally, restorative yin yoga helps reset the nervous system, guiding you into a state of rest and digest.
A nurturing and calm ambiance, gentle instruction, with silence and reflection prompts woven throughout will create an evening of intentional care for each participant, body, mind, and soul.
Every “body” is welcome. No prior experience necessary.
